3. Is the color of the clothes the same as what I see on the website?
Please understand that the lighting and viewing angle of the shot, as well as the color settings of the monitor, may cause slight color differences.
4. How to choose the right size for me?
Each of our styles has a specific size chart. In order to choose the most suitable size, please refer to the specific size chart for the dress you are interested in.
5. Can I change my order (item, size or shipping address)?
If you need to make any changes to your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make changes before processing the order. But please note: we CANNOT make changes after an order has shipped.
6. Will I be charged customs and import duties?
The collection of customs duties depends on the customs policy of the destination country. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact your local customs.
7. Can I return or exchange the product?
