1. Return Conditions

1.1 Please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your package. Please kindly notify us the reasons why you want to return your product.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.

1.2 Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the item has been stained, washed, damaged or used, the return or exchange will be refused.

1.3 For hygiene reasons: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear.

1.4 Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

1.5 The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related costs. We do not charge any handling fees for returns.

2. Exchange Conditions

2.1 Please contact us to return the item within 7 days from the date you received your package. Please kindly notify us the reasons why you want to return your product. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.

2.2 Items must be returned unworn(without peculiar smell or parfum), unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2.3 You will need to pay the shipping fee for the exchange. However, as the replacement process takes a long time, we recommend that you return the product to us and place a new order.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.

3.2 If you are approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days after receiving your return package.

3.3 All refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original transaction. Credit Card account refund: within 7 days.

3.4 Shipping fee is not refundable.

3.5 The clothing must meet the return conditions. If the item has been stained, washed, damaged or used, we will refuse your refund.

3.6 If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3.7 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@momsmood.com.

4. Return & Exchange Steps

Confirm the quality problem → contact our customer service → exchange/return/refund
4.1 Contact customer service (support@momsmood.com) within 7 days after receiving the item and provide the order number and product SKU number. Please attach a photo explaining the reason for your return. we will contact you within 2 working days (9:00-17:00).

4.2 We will confirm that your items can be returned. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please provide a valid tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return packages without this information. And Please do not send goods through the cash on delivery service.

4.3 All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the return when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

5.2 You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via email once you decide to cancel the order.

5.3 For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

5.4 We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

6. Supplement

6.1 About Quality
Refers to product defects such as holes or severe discoloration and cracking on the product.
Each of our clothes has been strictly testing and quality checks to ensure that the products you receive are reliable. We guarantee that quality problems are rare. But if you receive damage / defective items, we are very sorry, please contact us within 24 hours received.

6.2 About Color
The camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Hope you could understand.

6.3 About Size
You can exchange to right size if the product's size is different from its product page described and does not fit you. But the order can't been canceled especially for one-size item since we have showed pictures and its description on each product's purchasing page.
