Your order number will be on your dispatch email, parcels can only be tracked after they've been dispatched.

To know the status of pending orders, you can check it on the order history page after logging in to your account. Your order has been numbered, you can click on the relevant order number to understand the details and status of each order.

The order can be cancelled before the goods are sent out. After cancellation, you can select the correct product and place an order again. To cancel a product, you can LOG IN to go to your purchase history page and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team to make your request.
